Everyone in the UK has the right to free care from a GP. If you don’t have proof of ID or address, you can still register. Immigration status or nationality don’t matter – reception won’t ask for immigration documents and won’t share your information with the Home Office unless serious crime is involved.

We welcome new patients who live within the practice catchment area of Winshill, Bretby, Brizlincote, Newton Solney and Stretton. Please see the below map to see if your address falls within our catchment area. If you need any assistance please contact us. 

You can now register online by following the link below, or by using the paper registration form below and returning it to the surgery.

If you are taking any repeat medication, we ask that you request a months supply from your previous practice before registering with us. This is to ensure you have sufficient medication whilst the practice awaits your medical records.

FAQ (Facts and Questions)

How long will it take to register me?
It will take upto 14 days to register you, however it usually is much sooner than this.

What do I do if I have a repeat prescription?
You need to get a “Leavers Prescription” from your current GP Practice. This means that you will get a 28 day supply. This will then cover you for when you join our practice

I am out of area, will you still register me?
We do not accept Out of Area registrations.
