Quote / Testimonial:

As a surgery, we are extremely excited to be celebrating our 20th anniversary. I am very lucky to be part of a wonderful team, whom consistently go the extra mile for our patients, even in such unprecedented times that we have recently seen across the NHS. We are excited to be able to hold an event for our patients and the wider community, we really hope this day will a great success and be a great way to bring us all together, and raise money for charity. There are really great partner organisations attending, to raise awareness for what they do and how they can help – alongside many entertainment and beverage vendors of course. The team and I would like to thank all of our patients, and our community for supporting us these past 2 decades, and we hope to see as many people attend the event as possible. One of our chosen charity benefiting from the day will be the Winshill Neighbourhood Resource Centre whom do a fantastic job in supporting our whole community.

We are an innovative practice that constantly thrives to go the extra mile for our patients. We also embrace new technologies and ways of working, whilst maintaining the traditional, family GP ethos. During the end of 2022, we sent a survey to our full patient population, where 97% of our patients were happy with the services that we provide, furthermore on the latest GP survey 91% of our patients found our reception team helpful, which is nearly 10% above the national average. (Patient Experience (gp-patient.co.uk))

Following on from the GP survey, launched online appointment booking with a triage system for non-urgent medical needs, a new telephone system which gives patients the option for us to call them back (which we have now an average of 1min 25 second hold times during the day on average), new décor in the waiting room to make it more welcoming and relaxing, a wheelchair friendly sensory bed planter outside the surgery and an online registration service.

It is a very exciting time for our community, you can see more about our Community Fun Day here.
